I worked with Stranger & Stranger to develop our identity.

I first opened the roastery in an old mill where artists were beginning to find space. We were the first retail business in the 800,000 sq foot structure as we set up shop in 4,000 sq feet where we installed the roaster, built a cupping lab and had a full cafe.
After new owners took over the mill where we started, we moved to another old textile warehouse closer to downtown where i also built a kitchen to expand into a food program.
